Qualifications / Requirements ▸ You have completed vocational training as a Medical Assistant (MFA) or practice assistant
▸ You practise your vocation with enthusiasm, come to the practice each day with a smile, and love interacting and communicating with people
▸ Ideally, you already have some initial experience in ophthalmology
▸ You are resilient, solution-oriented, proactive and empathetic
▸ You work independently and in a structured manner
▸ You are a genuine team player
▸ Excellent German language skills and respectful manners round off your profile
