▸ You have a customer-facing qualification (m/f/d)
▸ Ideally, you already have professional experience in a medical practice
▸ You have very good German language skills (at least C1)
▸ You value a harmonious and respectful working atmosphere where people enjoy a laugh together
▸ You are polite, even-tempered, and have a pleasant telephone manner
▸ You answer the practice’s phone calls (Mon–Fri 08:00–13:00 and Mondays 14:00–18:00)
▸ You schedule and manage appointments
▸ You handle patient enquiries regarding prescriptions, referrals, etc.
▸ You respond to email enquiries (07:30–08:00 and 13:00–13:30)
